I discovered Reiki in 2006, after a personal bereavement, and, feeling its profound benefits, trained as a Reiki practitioner in 2008. I felt called to add to this in 2011, by studying Reflexology am a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists.  Experiencing how powerful healing through our feet can be prompted me to undertake a BSc (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine, which I completed in 2017.

For example, conversations with patients switched from small talk about their journey to clinic to deeply needed expressions of grief and loss of a life partner; as we sat together in the confidential space of the clinic room and I removed hard calloused skin from the Reflexology heart reflex zone on their feet.  Or painful, swollen knee joints reflected in tender, swollen knee reflex zones in the feet. My wonder at the power of Reflexology and Reiki is constantly reinforced.”
